Yes, we produce boxes suitable for food contact. The tin material we use is protected with a food-grade lacquer coating on the inside. This allows you to place your products directly inside the box.
However, it is important to inform us of your product type (oily, acidic, powder form, etc.) before ordering. This way, we can choose the appropriate inner coating according to your needs. Different lacquer coatings are also applied for non-food uses.
If you have a ready design, you can share it with us. However, if you need design support, we can assist you with that.
Our company has a dedicated graphic design team. We can create a custom design for you based on your logo, color preferences, and visuals suited to your product.
During the design process, we provide a digital preview (mock-up) for your approval before proceeding to printing.
Size Selection and Minimum Order Quantity
Please contact us with your selected size, and we will inform you of the minimum production quantity for that size. Our minimum order quantity usually starts at 5,000 units, and depending on the chosen mold and box size, it can go up to 50,000 units.
You can also order in smaller quantities; however, in such cases, boxes are produced without printing (neutral).
Custom Design Molds
If you want a tin box designed exclusively for you, for example with your logo, we need to produce a custom mold. In this case, the mold fee is charged to you and is evaluated based on the project.
Printed Tin Box Production
If your order quantity is sufficient (usually 10,000 units or more), we produce printed tin boxes for you. Our printing options are:
- 4 to 6 color offset printing
- Matte or glossy varnish application
- Compatibility with special color codes like Pantone
Important Note: Before starting printing, we need to finalize your size and all technical details.
Solutions for Low Quantity Orders
