Digital HP INDIGO
The HP INDIGO 6900 Digital Roll Label Machine is the latest printing technology, capable of printing many Pantone and special phosphorescent colors. It is the only machine that can precisely print white ink on transparent label bases and metallized roll label surfaces.
HP Indigo’s superior ElectroInk inks are the only ink system that can digitally match gravure print quality. ElectroInk printing can be extended up to 7 colors, providing the widest digital color gamut. It also prints special phosphorescent colors, silver, and gold foil colors. With its high-resolution printing and perfect registration settings, the machine consistently delivers labels with the same precision.
Offset Sheet Printing
Over the past 17 years, we have managed the entire printing process for many brands’ printing and corporate needs.
We work with 5 different offset sheet printing houses in Ankara, and 1 in Istanbul.
Laser Roll Cutting
We have a 2021 model Cartes laser roll label machine. Thanks to the Laser Roll Label machine, we can cut many jobs and detailed shapes more quickly.
The machine is also equipped with a varnish unit, allowing us to apply both matte and glossy varnish to label surfaces.
Flexo Printing
Flexo printing is a printing technique that uses solvent-based inks with either sheet-fed or rotary methods, providing high-quality results through flexible plate printing.
Flexography is a technique that uses flexible printing plates. Since the cliché is flexible, it can be bent. With the transition from rubber clichés to photopolymer clichés, it has become more widely preferred.
Photopolymer cliché: Like traditional clichés, it is exposed to light and then cleaned with alcohol or a mix of alcohol & water, making it usable for several thousand prints.
Offset Roll Label
We have a 2021 model HUADA Offset Roll Label machine. Our machine, with a Semi-Rotary system and CTP plate technology, speeds up your job transitions and offers high-quality printing after digital printing.
Since the Offset Roll Label machine operates with a CTP system, it is more cost-effective compared to cliché-based label machines.
